Rental Period & Pricing
Our chillers are available to rent for periods ranging from 1 to 180 days, and the daily rental rate is determined by the length of the rental. The pricing breakdown is as follows:
5 Ton Chiller
- 1 to 6 days: $200.00per day
- 7 to 29 days: $92.85 per day
- 30 to 180 days: $65.00 per day
9.5 or 12 Ton Chiller
- 1 to 6 days: $350.00 per day
- 7 to 29 days: $162.43 per day
- 30 to 180 days: $113.33 per day
Rental Terms & Conditions
- Rental Duration:
- Rentals must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. Failure to return the product on time may incur additional charges.
- Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the product in its original condition, minus any applicable late fees or damage costs.
- Payment:
- Payment for the entire rental period is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
- The rental fee is calculated based on the actual rental duration.
- Late Returns:
- A late return fee of $X.XX per day will apply for any rental period exceeding the agreed return date.
- If the product is not returned within [X] days after the due date, the rental will be considered abandoned, and additional legal action may be taken.
- Product Condition:
- The renter agrees to return the product in the same condition it was rented. Any damage or excessive wear and tear may result in additional fees for repairs or replacement.
- The renter is responsible for ensuring the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Delivery & Pickup:
- Delivery and pickup of the product may be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire about pricing and availability.
- If the renter chooses to pick up or return the product themselves, the product must be returned to the designated location within the agreed rental period.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellations made [X] days before the rental start date will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of $X.XX.
- Cancellations made less than [X] days prior to the start of the rental will incur a cancellation fee of [percentage]% of the total rental fee.
- Indemnification:
- The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the rental company from any and all liabilities, damages, or claims arising from the use of the product during the rental period.
